1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website, submitting artwork, requesting quotes, or placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided:
ZipDigitize provides professional embroidery digitizing services, including but not limited to:

• Cap / Hat Digitizing
• Jacket Back & Large Design Digitizing
• 3D Puff Digitizing
• Applique & Patch Digitizing
• File Resize & Edit Services
• Rush Digitizing Services
• Training & Professional Support
All services are digital in nature unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights:
3.1 Customer Responsibility:
You confirm that you:
Own the rights to the artwork submitted, OR
Have legal authorization to use and reproduce the artwork.
3.2 Prohibited Content:
We do not digitize:
Copyrighted logos without permission
Trademarked designs without authorization
Offensive or illegal content
3.3 Ownership:
All original artwork remains the property of the customer.
Digitized embroidery files created by ZipDigitize are delivered for your licensed use.
4. Payments & Pricing:
4.1 Pricing:
Prices vary based on:
Design complexity
Stitch count
Garment type
Turnaround time
Special digitizing techniques
Final pricing is confirmed after artwork review.
4.2 Payment Terms:
Payment may be required before file delivery
Accepted payment methods will be listed on the website
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
5. Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround times:
• 6 Hours — Rush
• 12 Hours — Priority
• 24 Hours — Standard
Turnaround begins after:
• Artwork approval
• Payment confirmation
• Complex designs may require additional time.
6. Revisions Policy:
We provide revisions to ensure stitch quality.
Included:
• Minor adjustments
• Density tuning
• Path optimization
Not Included:
• Major redesigns
• New artwork creation
• Size changes requiring full re-digitizing
• Excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
7. File Delivery:
Files are delivered digitally via:
Secure download links
Supported formats include:
DST | PES | JEF | EXP | VP3 | HUS | XXX | EMB and more.
8. Machine Testing:
Files marked as “Machine Tested” are test-stitched in real embroidery environments. However, results may vary depending on:
Machine model
Thread type
Fabric material
Hoop size
Operator setup
9. Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of services:
❌ No refunds after file delivery
❌ No refunds for approved designs
Refunds may be issued only if:
We are unable to complete your order
Service is canceled before work begins
10. Limitation of Liability:
ZipDigitize is not liable for:
Production losses
Machine damage
Garment damage
Delays caused by customer response time
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
11. Confidentiality:
We respect client confidentiality.
Artwork is not shared publicly without permission
Files are stored securely
NDAs available upon request
12. Use of Licensed Software:
ZipDigitize operates using fully licensed professional embroidery software and follows industry-standard digitizing workflows.
13. Overseas Team & Operations:
ZipDigitize operates as a professionally managed studio with quality control and project oversight. Workflows may involve distributed production teams operating under our supervision and standards.
14. Website Use:
You agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload malicious files
Disrupt site functionality
Misuse of contact forms
15. Modifications to Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
